Nancy - Ellen Churchville
Liberation Fellowship CDC focuses on the leadership development of urban youth and adults because we believe that value based leadership is transformative - i.e., it changes people so that they can change the world - and is the principled catalyst that will inspire robust and sustainable community development.

We believe we have an obligation to train and develop youth and adults who will lead to facilitate a principled, people-centered community.

We believe that our training process,
reproduced in a number of cities, will
be the foundation upon which a
community-based, national movement
to transform and revitalize our nation's
cities will be built.
